These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AnimoX - the AnimoX desktop application and the animox.ai website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What AnimoX Does

AnimoX turns your text descriptions into narrated explainer videos - animation, voiceover, subtitles and music - generated with the help of artificial intelligence. The desktop app is free to download; creating videos consumes credits.

Your Account

• You need an account to create videos. You can sign up with your email address or a supported third-party login.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

Credits and Payment

• Video creation is paid for with credits, purchased as one-time packs or through subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
• Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable.
• Except where required by law, credit purchases are final. If something went wrong with a purchase or a production, contact us at contact@animox.ai and we will make it right.
• Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your Content

• Your videos are yours. You own the videos you create with AnimoX and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use - publishing, teaching and selling included.
• You are responsible for the text you submit. Do not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or is intended to mislead or harm.
• We may use aggregated, de-identified usage information to improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or your videos.

AI-Generated Content

Videos are generated by AI. While we work hard on quality, output may contain errors or inaccuracies. Review videos before relying on them, especially for educational use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the Service - including attempting to bypass usage limits or payment, reverse engineering the Service, interfering with its operation, or reselling access without our written permission.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Credits on a terminated account that materially violated these Terms may be forfeited.

Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnimoX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
